Africa does have a future; I believe, a golden one.  Right now it is hard to look past the misery and problems to see the tremendous changes taking place, the pride and strength of a great continent as it will be.  One day the world will not say, no good thing can come from Africa.  The Africa's Future Project will seek to sort out what is on the Internet that relates to Africa and its most difficult problems, and post a workable map of the information here.  It will attempt to focus all human knowledge on the Internet so it is readily available to everyone in Africa.  And, it will encourage everyone to clean up their Africa-related web information.  Perhaps with clearer communications and some good maps of human knowledge relevant to Africa, people in Africa and in the rest of the world can work more effectively towards some common goals.  

At a very fundamental level, my personal feeling is that Africans should not be killing each other, that people should not die because of lack of food, that children should learn and have hope for their future, that people should not live in fear and violence.
